“My wife and I wanted to write this review about our time with Kimi as buyers. We started discussions with her in mid 2020 but didn’t start seriously looking at homes until spring 2021. Within a couple months, Kimi was able to help us find the perfect home for our growing family and we closed this June. Kimi consistently went above and beyond what we would have expected; she was attentive, courteous, and quite frankly made the process fun. Here are some more things that stood out to us: * Friendly- Kimi is outgoing, engaging, and genuine. We connected with her right away. It was also one of the reasons we were able to close on our house. She is able to connect with her clients and realtors in positive ways that make people want to work with her. * Availability- In sports they say availability is the best ability, and I think that holds true here as well. It was not something we were expecting as my wife and I work 9-5 jobs. But Kimi was checking in with us on weekends or what I would consider “after working hours” to give us status updates on homes or insight she received from another realtor. It was reassuring knowing that she was constantly working behind the scenes for our benefit. * Networking - Her network of people in the real estate world proved to be invaluable.
