About Us
Teamwork is integral to my life. As a kid, I discovered a knack for softball, landing at the University of Washington where I had the privilege of starting all four years for the women’s softball team and being a part of the program’s first National Championship. My drive to be disciplined, ability to know how my skillset stacks against the competition, and desire to go to bat for teammates is the foundation for my life and work ethic. After graduating UW with a degree in Communications, continuing my softball career in the Pro Fastpitch League and dabbling in various fields of sales, I decided to pursue my love of all things home related: design, décor, and most importantly the buying and selling process. From remodeling my own 100-year-old farmhouse to working with luxury builders Murray Franklyn and Terrene Homes, to assisting clients with all their buying/selling needs, I am grateful to have a job that I love, working alongside incredible people. Born and raised on the Eastside, I’m intimately familiar with Seattle and surrounding areas and look forward to sharing this beloved corner of the world with you.
I am a Northwest native with extensive knowledge of the Eastside and Greater Seattle Area as well as the current and past real estate market trends. Prior to real estate my career was in buying so I bring with me the tools of negotiation, communication, and recognizing the value in commodities. It is always my goal to be a clear communicator with my clients and to ensure they know I am always on their team and will do what it takes to help them navigate this market whether that is on the buy or sell side. I understand the meaning of being a homeowner and the excitement and responsibility that comes along with it. For my buyers, I want to help you achieve writing the next chapter of your life in your new home. For my sellers, I strive to help you close the chapter at the place you have called home with the goal being a smooth and successful transaction. When you are working with Homes By Kimi & Co., you are in wonderful hands and we will always keep your goals in mind. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and offer a wonderful real estate experience.

I am from small town Sumner, where I have been for most of my life. I moved away to Los Angeles for a few years to pursue my dream of playing collegiate softball at the highest level. I graduated from Loyola Marymount in May of 2021 and have returned home to Sumner to start my career, work towards my Master of Science in Digital Audience, and spend time with my family. In my free time, I love to travel to new places and ultimately try out the whole food scene in new atmospheres. I have had the opportunity to work for Homes by Kimi and Co. since October of 2021, and it has ultimately been such a blessing. It has been so great working with like-minded people, growing, and dreaming up big plans. Working as the social media coordinator gives me the chance to create a brand and aesthetic that the Homes by Kimi and Co. team can be proud of.
